PURCHASING CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS

The colors of product pictures on Silkroad Treasures e-shop may show up slightly different on different monitors as this depends also on monitor settings. Slight differences in color can also occur when product is viewed in a changing light. In case you need more information about a certain product, feel free to contact us at silkroadtreasures@silkroadtreasures.eu or call us at 372 56 655 301.

Most products we have are unique exemplars and the remaining product we have 2-3 items. For this reason we recommend you to make the payment as soon as possible if you know for sure you would like to purchase a certain item. In the event the item you ordered has become out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and if need be refund you immediately.

PRICES
There will be no VAT added to the prices of products.
Silkroad Treasures reserves the right to change prices and purchasing conditions as necessary. For instance, we need to consider the changing prices of precious metals and stones on world market. Clients will be informed of any changes as soon as possible on Silkroad Treasures e-shop site www.silkroadtreasures.ee.

DIRECTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER

Please add the products you like into the shopping cart and click Add to cart. After this a new page Step 1 opens.

STEP 1
a. Select a country of destination and method of sending (when ordering inside Estonia by using the Omniva parcel machine service, Omniva registered parcel service or Omniva courier service and when sending to a foreign country Omniva international registered parcel service).

b. Choose method of payment. The possibilities for payment are either: 1) bank money transfer (the information necessary for making a transfer will be sent to email address you provided) or with credit card via Pay Pal system (we will send you an invoice to the email you provided after you have paid for the order).

We recommend making the payment as soon as possible when using the bank transfer option. Please add the invoice number also when making a payment.

Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours the order will be annulled.

c. If necessary provide additional information in the window Message.

For instance, when you wish to receive a package in the Omniva parcel maching, then please mark here the exact location of the parcel machine you want to receive the pacage.

d. Please read the Purchasing Conditions and after reading please mark the small box next to it to indicate your agreement.

e. Click the button Checkout at below right.

STEP 2
a. Please enter your name, address where you want to receive your package, e-mail address and telephone number.

b. Click button Next at below right.

STEP 3
a. Please check and make sure that the information entered is correct, and if everything is correct, please click Buy now at below right.

STEP 4
Thank you for your purchase!

We will send out your package in 2-3 working days after receiving your payment. The jewelry comes packed nicely in a handmade textile bag and it is supplied with an explanation of a stone or symbol that adorns the jewelry.

When ordering a parcel to a foreign country then all applicable taxes are the responsibilty of the client (e.g. Switzerland).

Sending information is described in next section.

CONDITONS AND METHODS OF SENDING
The client is responsible if they enter and submit incorrect information due to which it is not possible to contact the client, and-or that results in client not receiving the goods they ordered.
In this event the client will recompensate the costs to the seller or the company offering postal services that have occurred due to this situation.
In the event the client does not pick up the order during the time period set by the postal company, then the client will carry all the costs related to returning or storing the package.
The above mentioned conditions apply and the client is responsible if they have marked a third person as a receiver of the order.

ESTONIA
1. Omniva parcel machine service: FREE OF CHARGE
Arrival of parcel to parcel machine: 1-2 working days

When parcel has arrived you will receive an SMS with a code to your phone, and this code can be used to retrieve your package from the parcel machine.

2. Registered parcel (up to 250 g): 4.80 EUR
Arrival time: 2-5 days

Client is informed by SMS or if there is no phone number available, client is informed by sending a paper notification in client’s regular mailbox

EU AND INTERNATIONAL
1. Registered international parcel (EU, other countries (up to 250 g): 6.20 EUR
Estimated arrival time of parcel - about 5-7 working days in European Union, about 2 weeks to USA, and about one month to Asian countries

2. Omniva Courier service (4-9 days)

The prices of Omniva Courier service to different countries range approximately from 18 - 40 euros. A 20% VAT is added when sending to a EU country. Under our shipping options we have listed the prices for some countries, but not all, for there are too many :) If you would like to use this courier service, and need more information about the prices, please contact us at us +372 56 655 301 or write silkroadtreasures@silkroadtreasures.eu

For some countries it is also possible to insure the parcel. Please contact us for more information. The cost of the insurance is 5 % of the total value of the parcel.

All taxes applicable in a destination country are the responsibility of the client (e.g. Switzerland)

Silkroad Treasures is not responsible for the quality of the postal service provider. All complaints regarding to the time of delivery, lost parcel or damaged parcel should be submitted to the postal service provider.

RETURNS
According to law the client has a right to cancel the contract within 14 days (VÕS § 56 lg 1). The client has to send a notification to the seller and return the items purchased no later than 30 days accounting from the date the return notification was sent to the seller (VÕS § 56 lg 3). The product can only be returned when it is completely unused and there are no signs of wearing or no signs of use. In order to return the item please send a copy of the original invoice and information about your bank account to our email address silkroadtreasures8@gmail.com so that we can refund you. We will refund you the amount you paid for the purchase within 5 days of receiving and evaluating the returned item.
Client will be responsible for the postal costs related to returning the item.

COMPLAINTS
If there is a problem that occurs during the period of one to six months of purchasing the item, and the problem is not due to careless use, then the producer might be responsible for the problem. In this case we will either repair the jewellery, exchange it or refund you. The complaints can only be submitted related to items that have been used according to the intended purpose of the product, and the problems are not caused by careless use of the client (problems did not occur due to impact from fall, hitting or contact with chemicals). If the problem related to jewelry occurred as a result of careless use by client, then the cost of repairing the item will also be covered by client. In case the client provides seller with the purchasing invoice, the seller has to follow the conditions prescribed by law.
Please send information about the product, the picture of the broken area, and copy of original invoice to our email silkroadtreasures8@gmail.com. After we receive your email we will find the best possible solution together.

DATA SECURITY
We only need the client’s personal data to fulfill the order. The client data is confidential and is never released to third parties.

READING AND AGREEING TO PURCHASING CONDITIONS
The clients are responsible for reading the Purchasing conditions document. In the event the client makes a purchase, it is considered as an agreement with the Purchasing conditions of the Silkroad Treasures e-shop.
